Capturing the Precious Moments: When is the Right Time to Take Photos of Your Baby?

As a mum I know that every month of the first year of your baby is special and unique. Every day something new happens and they unlock a new skill. It is fascinating and definitely worth capturing! However, there are months, which are a little more eventful that others. In my personal opinion, the best time to photograph your baby is between 0-12 weeks (newborn), 6-9 months (sitters) and 11-13 months ( 1st year milestone).
Let me explain why I think these are the best times to photograph your little one!
Newborn stage is special, because your baby is still so tiny, so sweet and cuddly. Parents usually don't remember their babies' being that small and this phase goes by incredibly quickly, which is why it's worth capturing.
6-9 months or when your baby can confidently and independent sit. This is another perfect stage to photograph your baby, because they have personality now. They have lots of facial expressions, they might even be able to crawl, stand and do lots of funny things. It's amazing to be able to capture their first emotions and interactions.
Lastly, 11-13 months is a time around your baby's first birthday. We all know how special is the first birthday for both parents and their little ones. It's been an eventful year, it's time to celebrate your first year as parents and your baby's big milestone with a cake smash photoshoot. Cake smash photoshoot is fun, messy and tasty session!
